“So, per this Egyptian Faculty Research Document published in 2017, from 1991 to 2000, our American Government did an experiment all over America reducing temperatures by 70-80%, (so the US government claims), then offered a global experiment called “The Shield Project,” paying $1 Billion of US Taxpayers annually from 2000 to 2050.

We’re in middle of a global experiment pushed by the US Government and D.O.D., United Nations, W.H.O., W.M.O. (Meteorological), and the I.P.C.C. (Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change), within “The 50 years Shield Project.”
