Grace has already been deployed for ALL the world, which has removed the need to carry around the weight of guilt. The Law was given to us so that we could understand the need for correction. Why do you think it’s often called a “correctional facility”?
So when I think about God and God’s Armor I see my Fortress (Refuge) and my armor. But none of this belongs to me it is loaned by God each day. Which instills in me the desire to always seek Him, to praise Him and to ask for these loaned items daily. For I know there is a day when the requests will no longer be needed because I will forever be HOME with Him living under His constant love. Like a baby bird sitting under their mothers wing, but forever, which allows me to be like a baby and simply focus on the praise that He deserves (all of my attention).
